"I had a phenomenal experience with Adina. I honestly didn't know what to expect but Adina made it all worthwhile.
I came into this with the goal of reducing stress and anxiety, and learning to be more healthy, but I got so much more than I expected. I learned how to improve my gut health, changed unhealthy habits into healthy ones, and improved my mental well-being.
Through the various exercises, "homework" assignments, and action steps I learned so much about myself. I am so much more in-tune with myself and what I need, which is something I never expected to gain from these sessions. I had many breakthrough moments and would absolutely recommend Adina to others.

I’ve always been hesitant about having a coach. Maybe it has to do with adding another commitment to my schedule, finding time to do something for me, or taking the time to be honest with myself, but over the last 12 weeks of coaching I have learned to open up, trust in and allow coach Adina to ask the tough questions and really think about how I can improve both my mental and physical being.
I went into this to learn how to live a healthier lifestyle, and came out with so much more! It not only helped me with cravings and emotional eating, but also improved my relationships, spiritual connection and overall happiness. I’m so much more aware of my own needs, and have learned how to be present, calm, and more at ease.
Learning it’s okay to take time for myself has made it easier to be there for myself, my family, and overcome a lot of unneeded stresses. If anyone out there is hesitant like I was, don’t be. It’s okay to care for yourself, take time to love yourself, set goals and be in a safe and trusted space with a wonderful coach who will be nonjudgmental and encouraging throughout your journey. Adina was my Coach for a 90-Day Program, and I can’t say enough good things about her to measure up to the transformational impact she’s made in my life. Going into working with Adina, I knew I’d had some brick walls that I’d kept coming up against during my journey, but as a growth-oriented person, I could not figure out why. Adina met me with so much grace, understanding, but also some good, lovingly swift kicks in the ass when I needed the extra push to get out of the cycles that were keeping me stuck. Without making me feel like she was prying, she held space for me to dig deeper and bring to the surface what it is that I really want in life, and what was stopping me from getting that! I will say that I struggled with poor body image, and I didn’t realize how harsh and mean I was to myself about it. I was my own “Mean Girl”, but because of Adina’s help and guidance— with the desire to still make progress, I actually like and sometimes love my body. I can confidently wear a swimsuit around people or see myself in all of my glory(nude) and feel confident. Even in moments when I realize that I still have a ways to go, my mindset is shifted from hate and defeat to appreciation, value, and hope for what could be. That pushes me to take action and feel confident. I know for sure that I would not be here without Adina holding space for me to be vulnerable, transparent, and grow into a whole person inside out!
